Gaurav was recently the Chief Executive Officer of Informatica Corporation (NASDAQ: INFA), a Silicon Valley company that he co-founded in 1992. As its first employee and CEO for over 12 years, he led Informatica from startup idea to leading software enterprise with customers and operations around the globe. He led Informatica through initial launch, IPO in 1999, expansion into Europe and Asia, establishment of alliances with major technology and consulting companies, and ultimately a wide acceptance of the vision he pioneered in the software industry before departing in 2004. Prior to Informatica he held management and engineering positions at Sterling Software and Unisys Corp.
Gaurav was recently recognized by Variety Magazine in its Fest Zest 60 List "Faces to watch for the Cannes Film Festivals 60th Anniversary."
Jamie has over 15 years of experience in the design and development of large scale, mission critical software projects. Since moving to the Bay Area in 2001, he's been involved in leadership positions at a number of internet startups founded by entrepreneurs including Max Levchin, Brad Inman and Gaurav Dhillon. At Jaman, he was instrumental in developing the backend server platform. He also single handedly developed Jaman's multi-factor recommendation system.
He’s been working with object-oriented technologies since the early ‘90‘s, adopting Object-C in 1992 and Ruby in 2001. Before moving to the San Francisco, he worked for the Global Asset Management group at UBS building realtime P/L and risk valuation models for portfolios accounting for billions of dollars in assets.
He graduated from Deep Springs College and Yale University.
Nicolas was leading Jaman’s front-end development team before stepping into his role as VP of Software Engineering. He was responsible for web, desktop and mobile development on the Jaman platform. Nicolas is one of the inventors of our patent-pending Movie Finder, which helps users to discover movies based on community ratings along multiple dimensions of movie mood. In addition, he single-handedly enhanced our P2P download protocol to be progressive download.
Nicolas has 10 years of software development experience. He started his career at Trados Inc. in Belgium (now SDL), where he was a key contributor in building several new software products from the ground up. Nicolas moved to California in 2004 and has since worked for several Silicon Valley start-ups in various leadership roles.
Nicolas holds a M.S. in Mathematics and Computer Science from University of Antwerp, Belgium.
