Gaurav Dhillon – Founder and Chairman of Jaman Networks

Gaurav was recently the Chief Executive Officer of Informatica Corporation (NASDAQ: INFA), a Silicon Valley company that he co-founded in 1992. As its first employee and CEO for over 12 years, he led Informatica from startup idea to leading software enterprise with customers and operations around the globe. He led Informatica through initial launch, IPO in 1999, expansion into Europe and Asia, establishment of alliances with major technology and consulting companies, and ultimately a wide acceptance of the vision he pioneered in the software industry before departing in 2004. Prior to Informatica he held management and engineering positions at Sterling Software and Unisys Corp.

Gaurav was recently recognized by Variety Magazine in its Fest Zest 60 List "Faces to watch for the Cannes Film Festivals 60th Anniversary."

Dan Graham – President

As President at Jaman, Dan Graham runs day-to-day operations, marketing and business development and is key in driving new business initiatives for Jaman.net. Prior to Jaman, Dan led day-to-day service operations, content production services, customer care, project & product management, HR, and legal as the SVP, Operations at Zed USA. In addition, he led the executive steering committee, was executive sponsor of the product life cycle and drove business and technology strategy.

Prior to joining Zed, Dan was Chief Operating Officer at ClickStar, an anytime, anywhere movie download service presenting first-run feature films, artist-created channels, and original programming, all through a vibrant community that connects film fans and filmmakers. At ClickStar, Dan was instrumental in developing and executing the company business plan to build and launch the ClickStar movie service. Prior to ClickStar, Dan ran the project management office within the Digital Media Center at Ascent Media. Dan was responsible for the development and day-to-day service support for Ascent’s flagship digital asset management solution enabling storage, repurposing and distribution of film assets for the major studios. In addition, as the Director, Digital Media for Cable and Wireless, Dan oversaw all rich media content distribution services including an end-to-end digital rights management and e-commerce platform.

His experience in the field also includes building and running a Network Operations Center for a 24 x 7 video network, producing 100s of live web broadcasts, developing an automated encoding facility for over 350 live video feeds, and winning best interactive game award on AOL.
